After-sales service, warranty "three packs of" policy:

  1.   4. If the products have any problems because of our work,we will be responsible for the parts changing,parts shipping cost.

Shipping promises to provide complete satisfaction and tries to ship orders as soon as possible. Freight charges shown on your shopping cart are specifically for the continental United States using UPS. The standard shipping calculations are based on weight , dimensions, and locations by UPS.

Most LED lights that you select will be custom made to let you choose your options in the LED module selections and colors.
Manufactured in 3 to 5 days and up to about 21 days in shipment. We will notify you if there is any unforseen delay from our shipping policy.


Your satisfaction is important to us. We have a 1 year limited warranty against manufacture defect. Products will be accepted for refund or exchange (less 15% restocking fee and the cost of shipping) within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in new condition and have not been installed on any vehicle. Items must be in original box including all instructions and hardware.

Items that have been custom made will not be refunded unless the order was incorrect or the items have a defect. All custom orders are final!

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping. It is recommended that return items are sent insured and by method that can be tracked.

No refund will be issued for items damaged during return shipping.

Returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please contact direct by calling or e-mail to obtain your RA#. The following information is needed to obtain an RA#:
  • Customer name
  • Date of purchase
  • Invoice number
  • Reason for return
